Job Description

As an Exit Interview Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the exit process of employees, conducting structured interviews, gathering feedback, and providing insights to improve retention and workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage group mailboxes and SharePoint for incoming requests and update the respective tools with employee responses.
  • Schedule and conduct exit interviews with departing employees, ensuring confidentiality and objective discussions.
  • Liaison with the Ethics and Compliance team on ethics-related concerns.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for exceptional or new scenarios.
  • Prepare and publish weekly and monthly reports of all transactions processed.

This role requires strong communication, listening, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to present data in a logical manner and handle client-facing exposure.

Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in exit interview processes.
  • Knowledge and understanding of exit interview call handling.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in handling pilot transitions/knowledge transfer exposures is a plus.

The successful candidate will have a high level of efficiency, effectiveness, and focus on employee data, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
