EC Payroll Specialist

We are seeking an experienced EC and ECP professional with a strong understanding of payroll processes, PCRs, and payroll reporting.

The key responsibilities include configuring and implementing EC and ECP to meet business needs, performing system configuration, testing, and deployment for new enhancements and payroll functionalities, managing integrations between EC, ECP, and third-party systems, supporting business users by troubleshooting issues, resolving payroll discrepancies, and ensuring data accuracy.

This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and IT, to streamline HR and payroll processes. Ongoing support and system enhancements must ensure compliance with local and global payroll regulations.

The professional should stay updated with best practices, new releases, and payroll compliance requirements. Proficiency in SAP PCC and knowledge of country-specific payroll localization is also required.
