Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish connections with participants via phone calls and WhatsApp for confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups.
  • Gather feedback from attendees and guide them on their next steps.
  • Maintain organized records in Google Sheets/Excel (registrations, attendance, follow-ups, conversions).
  • Support seamless engagement within our online community.
  • Collaborate directly with the founder/mentor to understand how transformational programs are executed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ambitious, people-oriented candidates with strong communication skills (spoken & written).
  • Ability to make phone calls and engage participants with warmth.
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel, WhatsApp, and online tools (AI tools an asset).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a willingness to learn.
