Job Description

As a Core Employability Skills Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in empowering young individuals from low-income households to acquire the skills necessary to succeed in today's competitive job market.

The 60-day training program focuses on developing core employability skills, including communicative English, digital literacy, and aptitude. Our goal is to ensure a significant skill shift among trainees, enabling them to secure better employment opportunities.

You will be responsible for training aspirants on an integrated module that includes English grammar, spoken English, MS Office, basic mathematics, soft skills, and work readiness. Additionally, you will assist in publishing and following the training plan/calendar of the center, conducting assessments of aspirants, and providing post-placement counseling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver engaging training sessions on core employability skills.
  • Collaborate with the training team to create and implement effective training plans.
  • Assess trainee progress and provide feedback to improve their performance.
  • Support the placement process by assisting trainees in securing jobs and providing ongoing support after placement.
  • Nurture relationships with guest lecturers and industry experts to arrange field visits and enhance the learning experience.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in education or a related field, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt to diverse learning environments. Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools is also desirable.
