Job Title: SSIS, SSRS Support Lead

About the Role:

The SSIS, SSRS Support Lead is a crucial position that demands 10+ years of experience in database and application development and support.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with proven SQL Language Experience and expertise in developing and troubleshooting SSIS packages.

In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will have experience developing reports and dashboards using tools like Sisense and SSRS, as well as knowledge of Data Modeling concepts and scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Strategic Direction: Lead the Operations team in driving strategic direction, job monitoring, scheduling, configuration, and maintenance of batch jobs.
  • User Support: Act as the primary contact for user inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Operational Processes: Develop and implement operational processes, guidelines, and best practices to streamline support operations and enhance user satisfaction.
  • Bug Resolution: Log, prioritize, and collaborate with product teams on resolving bugs and complex technical issues.

Requirements:

  • Database Development: 10+ years' database and application development and support experience.
  • SQL Expertise: Proven SQL Language Experience with highly performing SQL.
  • SSIS Packages: Experience developing and troubleshooting SSIS packages.
  • Report Development: Experience developing reports and dashboards using tools like Sisense and SSRS.
  • Data Modeling: Knowledge of Data Modeling concepts.
  • Scripting Languages: Experience with one or more scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, etc.).
