Data Engineer Lead

We are seeking an experienced data professional to fill a key role in our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, with expertise in designing and building scalable data pipelines on cloud-based platforms. They will also have hands-on experience with big data processing technologies like Apache Spark, as well as proficiency with cloud services such as S3, Glue, Redshift, EMR, and Lambda.
- Design and Build Scalable Data Pipelines: Create efficient and reliable data pipelines that meet the needs of our business, using technologies like Apache Spark, Python, and Scala.
- Implement Data Ingestion, Transformation, and Integration Solutions: Develop solutions that efficiently ingest, transform, and integrate data from various sources, using Spark, Glue, and SQL.
- Manage and Optimize Cloud Storage and Compute Environments: Ensure that cloud storage and compute environments are optimized for performance and cost-effectiveness, using Terraform and Jenkins.
Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data products, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the field.
