Electrical and Instrumentation Manager

This is a senior management position responsible for the effective maintenance and operation of electrical and instrumentation systems within an organization.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong technical knowledge of electrical and instrumentation principles, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

  • Lead and manage teams of engineers and technicians to ensure the safe and efficient operation of electrical and instrumentation systems.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce downtime, improve efficiency, and enhance overall system performance.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and other departments to source equipment, services, and expertise as needed.
  • Analyze breakdowns, prepare CAPA, diagnose root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent re-occurrence.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or a related field, with 10-12 years of experience in maintenance of plant operations.
  • Strong understanding of electrical and instrumentation principles, including PLC programming, SCADA, and SAP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English, Gujarati, and Hindi languages.
  • Active registration on ELORA AERB Website for Radiation Professional.

Bonus points if you have additional qualifications and certifications, such as training cum certification courses on Radiation Safety Aspects of Nucleonic Gauges.
