Job Title: Beauty Head
The key role of the Beauty Head is to oversee the overall performance of the Beauty Department, focusing on driving service sales, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. This leadership position requires a strong technical foundation in skin & hair services, coupled with exceptional sales orientation and team management skills.
Responsibilities include achieving beauty, derma, and product sales targets by implementing effective strategies for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals. Additionally, maintaining high service standards and ensuring timely package execution and follow-ups are crucial.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong technical knowledge in skin & hair services
- Sales-driven with proven ability to achieve targets
- Excellent leadership, communication & interpersonal skills
- Client-centric with strong problem-solving ability
