**Job Overview**

As a skilled professional, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Majesco Billing System Developer to join our team on a contract basis.

This role offers strong potential for conversion to full-time employment upon completion of the initial contract period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configuration and Maintenance: Support the configuration, testing, and maintenance of Majesco Billing system.
  • Premium Billing and Collections: Assist in premium billing, collections, payment processing, and reconciliation.
  • Billing Solutions: Work closely with business teams to gather requirements and implement billing solutions.
  • Production Support: Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate fixes.
  • UAT and Defect Tracking: Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), defect tracking, and resolution.

Requirements:

  • 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in the Majesco Billing system.
  • Knowledge of insurance billing processes (P&C or Life/Annuities/Health).
  • Understanding of policy administration, claims, and integration with billing systems.
  • Strong skills in SQL, data validation, and reporting.
