Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Tester to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and execute performance tests for large-scale distributed systems using industry-leading tools like HP LoadRunner.
  • Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement performance enhancements and ensure scalability of our applications.
  • Familiarize yourself with cloud DevOps (Kubernetes) and have hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk.
  • Have expertise in other tools and frameworks like Fiddler, Dynatrace, JMeter, Hammer, Performance Center.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field is required.
  • At least three years of working experience as a Performance Engineer or equivalent experience in high-traffic, large-scale distributed systems, client-server architectures is necessary.
  • One year of experience in software application development or test automation is desired.
  • Exposure to application architecture, design, capacity planning and application performance best practices is essential.
