Job Opportunity

The role of a Senior Technical Accounting Lead is to oversee the financial operations of a global organization. This position requires leadership and management skills, as well as expertise in accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and finalize financial statements for multiple subsidiaries and consolidated entities.
  2. Lead month-end closure activities to ensure accuracy and completeness of balance sheet schedules.
  3. Oversee the technical accounting function, drafting memos and implementing new standards.
  4. Manage information flow from various parts of the company to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  5. Improve financial reporting processes within the organization.
  6. Assist with external audit requirements, including planning pre-audit meetings and overseeing interim testing activities.
  7. Drive cost-saving efficiencies and manage audit requests.

Essential Qualifications:

  • CA or CPA equivalent with 6-8 years of experience in a software or hi-tech industry.
  • Currently handling and mentoring a team.
  • Experience in a public company or big 4 audit firms.
  • NetSuite experience is advantageous.
  • Expertise in design and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
  • Highly detail-oriented individual with strong judgment and time management ability.
  • Thorough knowledge of US GAAP.
  • Self-driven team player with excellent communication skills.
