Key Role: Technical Project Lead

Background:

We seek a seasoned professional to drive the success of complex projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering web and mobile projects on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of technical projects from initiation to completion.
  • Manage project schedules, resources, budgets, and expenditures to ensure timely delivery and optimal resource allocation.
  • Ensure effective communication between departments and stakeholders to maintain alignment and facilitate decision-making.
  • Coordinate client meetings, document decisions, and manage expectations to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, handle issues, and implement project changes as needed.
  • Track progress, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Explore opportunities to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Proven background in software development, preferably with coding experience in Python or PHP.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
  • Experience in delivering web and mobile projects, with a focus on meeting client needs and expectations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
