About this Role:

You'll be responsible for spearheading the development of our crypto wallets, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end technical solutions. Our ideal candidate has 6 years of software engineering experience and at least 2-3 years in a technical leadership role, with expertise in building and deploying crypto wallets, DeFi protocols, and Web3 tech stacks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of Backend and Wallet developers to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and technical excellence.
  • Design, architect, and implement scalable, secure wallets and reusable wallet libraries.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver end-to-end technical solutions.
  • Work with project managers to define technical roadmaps, prioritize tasks, and drive sprint planning.
  • Identify technical risks early and propose effective solutions.

Strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for staying ahead of emerging trends are essential for success in this position.

Key Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of software engineering experience
