Job Title

A Senior Oracle DBA is required to support the full lifecycle of databases in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have strong development and administration skills, as well as experience with database architecture, logical and physical design, automation, documentation, installs, shell scripting, PL/SQL programming, backup & recovery concepts, and database performance tuning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the full lifecycle of databases, from design and development to testing and deployment.
  • Collaborate with developers to design and build new database structures to support application enhancements.
  • Responsible for database backups, design, development, testing, and performance tuning.
  • Implement quarterly patch applications (PSU) and periodic database upgrades with minimal downtime.
  • Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation and perform periodic after-hours support.
