About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our marine structural design team as a Junior Structural Design Engineer.

This role provides hands-on training and direct involvement in the design, drafting, and analysis of marine structures, working closely with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing design calculations, drawings, and specifications for marine structures
  • Support senior engineers in structural analysis and prepare CAD drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, reports, and records
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet project objectives, deadlines, and quality standards

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Structural, Civil, Marine, or Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline)
  • Basic knowledge of structural design principles and marine standards (advantageous)
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D drafting)
  • Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting
