The Branch Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing branch operations, driving growth and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Job OverviewThis individual must have a strong understanding of financial markets, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to make strategic decisions to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Recruit, motivate and retain team members to ensure a high-performing team.
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure smooth branch operations and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor individual and team performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with various regulators and organizational guidelines.
- Client Acquisition: Acquire new clients and collect margins through broking and non-broking products.
- Revenue Generation: Generate revenue through sales of broking and non-broking products.
- Clinet Servicing: Maintain and service existing clientele to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Overall Experience: 10-15 years of experience in a similar role.
- Team Management Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in team management.
- Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate degree.
- Team Handling/Playing Captain Experience: Mandatory requirement for this role.
