Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished Finance Director to spearhead our financial operations. This role demands exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and analytical expertise to drive business growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end financial planning, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with senior management to enhance profitability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting processes for business units.
  2. Partner with senior management to provide insights into revenue growth, cost optimization, profitability.
  3. Monitor financial performance against KPIs, highlight variances with actionable recommendations.
  4. Manage end-to-end accounting, compliance, taxation, internal control processes.
  5. Conduct financial modeling, business case preparation, ROI analysis for new projects investments.
  6. Ensure adherence to RBI MCA SEBI other financial regulatory guidelines as applicable.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams Operations HR Delivery Sales to align financial strategies with business goals.
  8. Oversee client billing revenue recognition working capital management.
  9. Support external audits statutory filings compliance reporting.
  10. Lead mentor a small finance team fostering professional growth efficiency.
Role Requirements:
  1. Mandatory Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA).
  2. 12–15 years progressive finance experience with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role preferably in IT/Consulting.
  3. Strong exposure to financial analysis business partnering strategic decision support.
  4. Excellent knowledge of accounting standards taxation financial regulations.
  5. Hands-on experience with ERP systems financial tools MS Excel advanced level.
  6. Strong leadership communication stakeholder management skills.
