Senior Role Research and Advisory Services

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our research and advisory initiatives. This role will play a pivotal part in informing and accelerating the growth and market leadership of our digital payments platforms and products.

  • Expert guidance on policies, product strategy, and implementation for our digital payment platforms.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor benchmarks to advise on new initiatives.
  • Representing us in high-level discussions, committees, and working groups.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker to drive cross-functional coordination for successful implementation of new systems or upgrades. You will also contribute to policy creation and updates to align with global best practices.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of work experience in banking, financial or consulting advisory sector, preferably in digital payments. An MBA/Postgraduate in Business Management from a reputed institute is required.

You will be responsible for leading, developing and implementing various research and advisory services across various business segments, markets, etc. by analyzing market trends, preparing strategic reports while working closely with different stakeholders. You will also facilitate coordination between internal teams and external partners for seamless integration and rollout.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to communicate insights, risks, and progress clearly to senior leadership and external partners. As a subject matter expert (SME) in the digital payments domain, you will promote innovation within our organization by evaluating new technologies and their applicability. You will also prepare strategic reports, policy notes, and board-level presentations.
