Senior Infrastructure Expert

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Infrastructure Expert to lead the implementation and support of our software and hardware infrastructure.
This role involves designing highly available product deployment architecture, networking architecture, storage architecture, virtualization architecture, and network security as per customer requirements.
The ideal candidate will have at least 9 years of experience in software and hardware infrastructure implementation and support, with a strong background in IT education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure Planning and Design:
- Hardware and Software Implementation: Design and deploy hardware, software, and application monitoring tools, use automation for deployments and system upgrades, diagnose customer-reported problems or configuration issues, and recommend possible solutions within agreed SLAs.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Provide technical reviews of user documentation, product requirements documents, product videos, and other functional specifications, assist with knowledge-sharing initiatives, product release training, and documentation, and participate in design reviews of HLDs and LLDs with customers.
- Technology Evaluation and Reporting: Evaluate new technology and create customer-requested reports and customer communication.
Requirements:
- 9-11 years of experience in software and hardware infrastructure implementation and support
- IT education
- Strong understanding of latest trends in hardware and software infrastructure
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
