We are seeking a seasoned Business Finance Manager to partner with our cross-functional teams and drive profitable growth across the region.
This role will oversee pricing for complex deals, ensure optimal sizing, compliance, and margin safeguards.
The successful candidate will own the end-to-end P&L for assigned business units, review financial performance monthly with Business/Function Heads.
A lead role in budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and performance analysis is also expected.
Strong industry knowledge and ability to provide actionable financial insights to business leaders will be valuable assets.
- Financial Leadership: Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Corporate Finance teams to drive growth.
- Deal Pricing & Governance: Oversee complex deal pricing, ensuring optimal sizing and compliance.
- P&L Management: Own P&L for assigned business units, reviewing financial performance monthly.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting cycle and monthly forecasting exercises.
- Profitability & Performance Analysis: Deliver dashboards and recommend actions to improve margins and cash flow.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Strong expertise in financial management, pricing strategy, and advanced financial modeling.
- Deep understanding of IT/technology services business models.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, financial systems, and reporting tools.
- Certified Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- 8–12 years of progressive experience in business finance roles within medium/large IT/software/services organizations.
- Strong leadership presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills – articulate, structured, and persuasive.
- Collaborative mindset with openness to diverse perspectives.
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and accountable.
- Strategic thinker with attention to detail in execution.
