Senior Finance Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Executive to oversee financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and the company's overall financial health.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Management:
    • Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
    • Reconcile bank statements and monitor expenses to optimize costs and improve profitability.
  2. Budgeting and Forecasting:
    • Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Monitor financial performance and provide insights to support decision-making.
  3. Invoice Management:
    • Generate and review client invoices for accuracy and timeliness, and maintain records of receivables and payables.
    • Follow up on payments and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  4. Financial Analysis:
    • Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
    • Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  5. Compliance and Audit:
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies, and maintain accurate records.
    • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
  6. Process Improvement:
    • Identify inefficiencies in financial operations and propose improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
    • Implement best practices in financial management and monitor their effectiveness.
    Qualifications and Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA or MBA in Finance is an asset).
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Soft Skills:
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
