Senior Financial Leadership Role

About the Position:

We are seeking an accomplished finance professional to lead our financial strategy and direction. As a seasoned executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's financial future.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Publish comprehensive financial statements for statutory purposes and oversee the preparation of periodic financial reports and monthly analysis.
  • Ensure that financial reporting procedures align with corporate standards and plan, organize, and review the activities of the accounting team.
  • Collaborate with senior management to grow the finance function in India and support global operations.
  • Promote the adoption of standardized processes and tools across regions based on best practices/strategies.
  • Partner with FP&A and Global Finance to provide support for planning initiatives through financial analysis and management information, reports, and recommendations.
  • E nsure all internal controls and procedures are effective and participate in other special projects as required for business growth.
  • Comply with local tax regulations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant or Certified Public Accountant certification.
  • A minimum of 14 years of relevant experience, including international operations and managing a full-cycle accounting team.
  • Proficiency in IFRS standards and knowledge of SAP is helpful but not mandatory.
  • Advanced Excel skills and excellent oral and written communication skills in English are essential.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, ability to foster employee performance and development, decision-making skills, initiative, autonomy, strong sense of responsibility, strong communication skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
