Residential Sales Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead high-performing teams and drive revenue across multiple residential projects in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate is deeply connected in the local real estate market, has managed multiple launches, and brings strong channel partner networks.

  • Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 sales professionals across projects and micro-markets
  • Drive sales for both mandated and non-mandated residential projects
  • Oversee site operations, staff management, and sales closures
  • Act as the single point of contact for developers and internal stakeholders
  • Develop and expand a strong CP network in Ahmedabad
  • Liaise with marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns and project launches
  • Ensure project onboarding, billing, and timely collections
  • Monitor team performance and implement training interventions

The ideal candidate has:

  • 8-9 years of real estate sales experience
  • 5+ years in team leadership roles in Ahmedabad real estate market
  • Strong CP network and developer connects to drive mandates
  • Hands-on experience with multiple project launches
  • Proven ability to manage revenues between ₹100 Cr - ₹500 Cr
