About this Role

We are seeking experienced accountants to join our Client Delivery team at a leading financial institution. This is a unique opportunity to work on the frontlines of AI-driven finance delivery for global clients, managing books, reconciliations, reporting, and close processes with cutting-edge automation tools.

If you have built a solid foundation in accounting and want to grow beyond shared services into global client delivery + AI product work, this is your next big move.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations for international clients – bookkeeping, journal entries, reconciliations, accounts payable/accounts receivable.
  • Prepare management information system reports and financial statements for client stakeholders.
  • Partner with delivery leads to scope and execute end-to-end client workflows.
  • Work directly with our AI + product teams to test, refine, and scale automation.
  • Be the bridge between clients, delivery, and product – turning messy real-world workflows into clean, explainable outcomes.

Requirements:

  • B.Com or MBA in Finance with 3–4 years accounting experience (corporate finance, outsourced accounting, or shared services).
  • Solid understanding of reconciliations, reporting, and global accounting workflows.
  • Hands-on with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple client accounts.
  • Curious about how AI is reshaping finance – eager to learn and grow.
