Job Title: Software System Developer

Software system development is a key aspect of our business.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team and lead software system architecture activities across different products and projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the correct deployment of software systems, promoting modularity, reuse of components, and platform development and maintenance.

This role requires strong technical expertise in software usage, functionality, performance, reuse, and technological tradeoffs.

We are looking for a skilled individual with experience in real-time embedded software, multi-core microcontrollers, compilers, and debuggers.

A strong understanding of microcontroller hardware and associated schematics is also essential.

Candidates with experience in Model Based Design, integrating hardware and software using protocols (SPI, DMA), serial communication protocol (CAN/CANFD), and familiarity with Automotive SPICE, Safety Standard ISO 26262, and cyber security ISO are preferred.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated bias for action/initiative, customer focus, and a strong capability to lead in a team environment.

Prior experience in problem solving, including data interpretation, action definition, and solution implementation, is necessary.

The ability to coach and mentor team members is also required.

Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for this role.

Familiarity with Enterprise Architect or Rhapsody tools is mandatory.
