Job Summary:

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing support articles on software features, developing instruction manuals, designing systems, and assisting in product development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare support articles on software features for clients
  • Develop instruction manuals for internal use
  • Design systems and create internal/external support guides
  • Assist in preparing details for developing new features
  • Liaise with different teams concerning product development or project details
  • Handle ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or Business Administration
  • 1 year of software/product-related experience (preferred)
  • Analytical with great attention to detail
  • Strong written and spoken English skills
  • Excellent report writing and research skills
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
  • Independent, self-motivated, responsible, and diligent
  • Passion for software products and researching the latest technology
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
