About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing restaurant listings, ensuring high-quality content across our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately create and publish new restaurant listings with relevant information, images, and offers.
  • Audit and update restaurant profiles regularly to maintain accuracy and consistency in menus, offers, timings, and details.
  • Efficiently upload, maintain, and organize restaurant data across internal systems.
  • Evaluate all content for accuracy, tone, and brand standards.
  • Monitor competitor platforms for new restaurant launches and updates.
  • Support the sales team with priority restaurant onboarding based on competitor tracking and market trends.
  • Collaborate with design, tech, and sales teams to ensure smooth onboarding and timely updates.

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with content management systems is a plus.
  • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams.
  • A proactive approach with interest in the food and hospitality industry.
