Process Associate Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Process Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in driving sortation and dock operations in a fulfillment center.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive sortation, dock operations in a fulfillment center to meet productivity goals.
  • Develop and implement transportation processes from the fulfillment center to delivery stations to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain sufficient bandwidth in the sortation team to manage peak time delivery demands.
  • Lead a team of process associates and problem solvers to achieve business objectives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Continuously improve throughput and sustain delivery performance improvement.
  • Analyze data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
  • Implement formal process control and process improvement mechanisms such as Kaizen to drive efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
