Pricing Analyst – Bengaluru, India (Hybrid)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Pricing Analyst to join our expanding team in Bengaluru. As an analytical and proactive individual with strong pricing analysis skills, you will drive critical pricing strategies in a dynamic global environment.

About the Role

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for developing, optimizing, and implementing global pricing strategies to enhance profitability and market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global pricing strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align pricing with business objectives.
  • Analyze customer and competitor data, providing insightful pricing recommendations.
  • Manage and streamline pricing data within our systems.
  • Lead projects aimed at improving pricing processes and systems, driving efficiency and transparency.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, or pricing strategy roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related fields.
  • Proficiency with advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of global pricing models, pricing theory, and competitive analytics.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in B2B or industrial markets highly desirable.
