We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive professional to join our Lifecycle Engineering team for the APAC region. This role is a vital link between regional and country teams, providing technical support and escalating complex issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Serve as a Tier 2 technical expert for blade-related issues, collaborating with teams to solve problems and escalating to higher tiers when necessary.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct data collection and analysis for Technical Support requests. Translate and analyze data mining activities into clear overviews and reports.
  • Documentation & Quality: Develop first-draft technical reports, problem summaries, and Customer Memorandums. Review and approve minor blade repair reports, providing feedback on any non-conformities.
  • Problem-Solving: Contribute to Root Cause Analysis workshops and programs. Conduct preliminary assessments of blade damage to ensure safe operation.
  • On-Site Assessment: Perform on-site assessments of blade damages and prepare internal and external reports as required by standards.
  • Dashboard Creation: Create advanced Excel and Power BI dashboards to visualize data for easy consumption by management teams.
  • Compliance & Safety: Review routine and ad-hoc blade inspection reports and ensure full compliance with specified defect categorization criteria. Actively engage in HSE management and maintain a safety-focused mindset.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, with Mechanical or Composite/Polymer qualifications being highly regarded.
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting/technical support within the wind turbine blades industry or a similar environment.
  • Proficiency in software such as Power Automate, Power BI, SAP, CATIA, CAD, and the advanced Microsoft Suite is highly valued.
