
Technical Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused professional to join our Technical Support team.
Job DescriptionAs a Technical Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions via voice calls, live chat, or emails. Your primary objective will be to provide timely and accurate solutions to customers' technical queries related to Sky Q Tech products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Collaborate with the support team to achieve individual and process-level performance targets
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a patient demeanor. You must also be comfortable working rotational shifts and be available for immediate joining.
- Education: HSC pass or Graduate (any stream)
- Experience: Open to both Freshers and Experienced candidates
- Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle customers with patience & empathy
- Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail
