Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Google Ads expert to lead our digital fundraising efforts.

As a Google Ads specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to maximize donations and achieve monthly fundraising targets.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns to achieve maximum donations and fundraising targets.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing for continuous campaign improvement.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for growth.
  • Collaborate with the creative and fundraising teams to align ads with campaign goals and donor psychology.
  • Stay updated on Google Ads policies, digital marketing trends, and crowdfunding strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory if experienced).
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in crowdfunding and performance marketing in the Indian market.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
  • Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, remarketing, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup and deliver results under strict timelines.

Key Metrics for Success:

  • Achieving and maintaining ROAS of 2+ across campaigns.
  • Steady growth in donation volumes and donor base.
