Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality administrative and organisational support to the founder, ensuring seamless execution across customer service, operations, content, and collaborations.
  • Manage daily customer queries via email within 24 hours.
  • Maintain a calendar for sales, launches, and shoots.
  • Coordinate with freelancers, including editors, photographers, and creators.
  • Keep inventory updated and assist with website uploads.
  • Manage collaborations and follow-ups.
  • Share weekly reports on customers, stock, and key updates.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service, operations, or EA roles.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable individual.
  • Ability to take ownership and drive tasks to completion.
  • Experience in fashion, jewellery, or e-commerce is an advantage.
