Senior Product Cybersecurity Role

Conduct thorough penetration testing on embedded systems to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses.

Develop and implement secure coding practices to prevent security breaches.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into product development.

Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies to ensure our products remain secure.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform in-depth vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to evaluate the security posture of embedded products.
  2. Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive security test plans to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  3. Collaborate with software developers to design, develop, and deploy secure code, integrating security considerations throughout the entire development lifecycle.
  4. Work closely with engineering teams to integrate security best practices and controls into product development processes.

Requirements:

  1. At least 5 years of experience in penetration testing, application security, QA, network/IoT, or offer testing roles.
  2. Familiarity with test automation scripting tools or languages and daily activity planning tools such as Atlassian or JIRA.
  3. Proven experience in embedded product cybersecurity testing.
  4. Familiarity with ISA/IEC 62443 4-1 Security Development Lifecycle (SDL) requirements.
  5. Familiarity with cybersecurity testing tools such as Burp suite/ZAP, BDBA, SAST, DAST, Fuzzing, and VA tools such as Nessus or Rapid7.
  6. Familiarity with Microsoft Threat Modelling tool.
  7. Demonstrated participation in Capture the Flag (CTF) cybersecurity contests with proven rankings or achievements.
