Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist for Global Business Services to join our team at Ecolab. As a key player in our organization, you will partner with our Global Business Services managers to drive recruitment strategies, enhance our employment brand, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate recruitment best practices and lead recruitment initiatives to support the growth of our Global Business Services team.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to develop effective marketplace recruitment strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Screen talent pools to confirm qualifications, including experience, knowledge, and attributes, skills, interest, job fit, total reward requirements, and work authorization.
  • Create searches for qualified candidates to maintain a talent pipeline and identify target industries, companies, user groups, professional associations, or educational institutions to proactively source qualified candidates.
  • Actively build and lead our Employer Branding strategy and campus recruiting activities to attract top talent.
  • Prepare and implement strategies using multiple techniques, including online database, employee referrals, internal databases, associate networks, etc., to create efficiencies and collaborate on marketplace talent opportunities.
  • Develop internal and external networks to support passive sourcing efforts and provide insights and recommendations for future Talent Acquisition needs.
  • Provide reporting on key sourcing and recruiting metrics by analyzing and summarizing data and trends for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Degree-level study in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • 8+ years related recruitment experience.
  • Strong selling skills with the ability to influence candidates and hiring managers.
  • Passion for creating an inclusive and positive candidate experience.
  • Knowledgeable in local employment law and hiring practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic corporate environment.
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience, preferably Workday.
  • Proactive, innovative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to provide accurate and actionable feedback and coaching to hiring managers.
  • Fluent in English.
