As a highly skilled and organized professional, you will provide ongoing support to the Licensing and Contracts Lead for activities across assigned product portfolios. Your primary goal is to ensure that contracts are maintained up-to-date and licenses are used within vendor agreement terms, guaranteeing regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a centralized inventory of software licenses, ensuring proper ownership within enterprise applications.
  • Ensure software catalogs are current and updated as required.
  • Validate license quantities and costs meet customer needs and company requirements.
  • Manage external software audits, gathering requested information and interacting with vendor auditors.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-7 years experience in Software or Hardware Asset Management, Risk Management, Quality Assurance, or Compliance functions.
  • Knowledge of technical support processes, such as ITIL frameworks.
  • Proven experience in effective cost management strategies, tools, models, and processes.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with data analysis using Excel or advanced tools like Power BI platforms.
