Our organization is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our medical licensing initiative. This role will involve working closely with providers to ensure all necessary documentation is obtained for initial provider applications in US state medical licenses.

Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Researching and compiling the appropriate application from the US State Medical Board based on the provider's need
  • Collaborating with providers to obtain all required documentation for the application
  • Maintaining open communication throughout the licensure application process
  • Utilizing task management software to stay up-to-date on tasks and deadlines
  • Completing the application accurately and transmitting it to the provider for review and approval
  • Requesting and completing verifications required by the state medical board
  • Following up with the state license board until the application reaches approval by the medical board
