MACN is seeking a leader to drive strategic leadership and local project delivery. This role combines compliance expertise with hands-on implementation of a new initiative in Germany. Job Description

The ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills, trade compliance expertise, and experience in anti-corruption and governance within the maritime and logistics sectors.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support members worldwide in navigating anti-corruption regulations.
  • Develop and oversee compliance tools and resources.
  • Lead training programs on anti-corruption and sanctions compliance.
  • Support due diligence initiatives and liaise with providers.
  • Champion ESG efforts in companies' sustainability reporting.
  • Project Management:
  • Engage with stakeholders in Germany, trade associations, and training partners.
  • Coordinate development of customized training materials.
  • Implement workshops, webinars, and digital learning platforms for SMEs.
  • Operationalize the Associate Membership model for Germany.
  • Contribute to internal learning, external communications, and donor reporting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, International Trade, Public Policy, Business, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, compliance, ESG, or integrity risk.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sanctions and anti-corruption frameworks.
  • Proven success engaging with governments, international donors, NGOs, and business leaders.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • High proficiency in MS Office and e-learning tools.
  • High ethical standards and commitment to core values.
