Senior Financial Compliance Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial statements.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct Thorough Audits: Plan and execute comprehensive audits to identify areas for improvement in financial reporting.
- Evaluate Internal Controls: Assess existing control systems to recommend enhancements and optimize business processes.
- Review Financial Documents: Verify the accuracy and compliance of financial reports with relevant standards (GAAS, IFRS, US GAAP).
- Develop Audit Reports: Create clear, concise documentation outlining conclusions and recommendations for business improvements.
- Support Junior Team Members: Provide on-the-job training and guidance to enhance skill development and ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Certifications: A recognized certification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent is essential.
- Experience: 1-4 years of experience in audit roles within public accounting firms or internal audit departments.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and industry-standard audit software is necessary.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are vital for success in this role.
