Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented financial operations coordinator to manage our day-to-day financial activities, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate accounting records.

This is a key role within our finance team, working closely with the Finance Manager and other departments to handle accounts payable/receivable, payroll, statutory filings, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Record Financial Transactions: Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally Prime Gold or QuickBooks, maintain general ledger, balance statements, and P&L accounts.
  2. Bank Reconciliations and Cash Management: Prepare bank and credit card reconciliations, cash management reports, process accounts payable and receivable, reconcile financial statements.
  3. Client Invoicing and Contracts: Raise invoices to clients based on sales terms, follow up for timely clearance, maintain legal contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
  4. Payroll Processing and Employee Support: Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, review staff reimbursements and expense vouchers, collaborate with administration for employee travel requests and project-related expenditures.
  5. Tax Compliance and Filings: Prepare and file TDS and GST on a monthly/quarterly basis, ensure all statutory compliance filings are completed accurately and on time, identify and address discrepancies in accounts, invoices, or tax filings.
  6. Financial Reporting and Analysis: Assist Finance Manager in monthly and year-end closing processes, generate reports on accounts payable/receivable, cash flows, and project-wise expenditures, maintain both electronic and hard copies of financial reports, vouchers, receipts, and supporting documents.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or accounts administration.
  • Hands-on experience with Tally, QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting tools.
  • Strong understanding of payroll, TDS, GST, accounts reconciliation, and statutory compliance.
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and trustworthy with financial data.
  • Comfortable coordinating with multiple internal teams, clients, and vendors.
