Job Title: Senior Manager – Engineering

We are seeking a seasoned engineering professional to lead our team.

About the Role:

  • Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and test control systems for industrial processes using Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Distributed Control Systems (DCS), and Safety Systems. Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of industry standards and practices, including ISA standards.
  • Develop a firm grasp of process control concepts and techniques, such as control system design and PLC programming.
  • Understand networking devices and components, including Ethernet switches, Fiber Optic Switches, and Firewalls.
  • Be familiar with various industrial communication protocols, such as Modbus, Profibus, HART, and FF.
  • Possess strong analytical and mathematical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excel in written and verbal communication, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Work effectively as an individual and in a team environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Embody a growth mindset and a commitment to lifelong learning, with a desire to continuously improve and adapt to new technologies.
  • Be willing to accept criticism and travel for site commissioning activities.
  • Maintain a high degree of professionalism and diligence, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
