Job Title: Retail Sales Coordinator

The Retail Sales Coordinator will oversee the merchandising process for woven garments, coordinating closely with buyers, suppliers, and production teams. This role demands strong analytical skills, effective communication, and ability to deliver products meeting buyer specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Design team to develop seasonal collections based on customer requirements.
  • Create samples, negotiate prices, and confirm orders with buyers.
  • Maintain material orders within deadlines while optimizing budget and costs.
  • Display exceptional attention to detail, work independently, and adapt to changing environments and challenges.
  • Experience handling small and high-value businesses.
  • Strong and clear communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Technical knowledge of woven garment manufacturing for different categories like shirts, jackets, and bottoms.
  • Excellent leadership and management experience.
  • Demonstrate high ownership and commitment to job responsibilities for result-driven achievements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Textiles, Apparel Merchandising, or Fashion Technology.
  • 1-8 years of experience as a Merchandiser in a woven garment factory (buyer handling experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of woven fabrics, garment construction, costing, and production processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/MIS systems.
  • Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and meet strict deadlines.
