Job Overview

  • Prior knowledge of TW Loan, Farm Loan, WRF Loan, Home Loan (HL & LAP), and SME Product is necessary for success.
  • Authorization of code creation/modification for TW, Farm MDS, and CAS is a key responsibility.
  • Dealer/DSA empanelment and master maintenance activities require attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Collaboration with the product team, IT team, and sales team is crucial for timely resolution of issues.
  • Annual review of all vendors ensures quality service delivery.
