Performance Marketing Strategist

We seek an experienced Performance Marketing Strategist to drive sustainable business outcomes through paid media investments.

About the Role
  • Drive Growth: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive performance marketing strategy across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Programmatic channels.
  • Budget Optimization: Develop and implement budget allocation frameworks to maximize ROI and achieve leadership-level performance reporting.
  • Continuous Improvement: Establish frameworks for continuous testing and optimization from ad creatives to conversion funnels.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Growth, Product, and Sales teams to align campaigns with business and revenue goals.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Introduce attribution, incrementality, and lifetime value optimization using data-driven approaches.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a team of performance marketers fostering innovation and accountability.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in performance marketing with proven success in scaling campaigns.
  • Paid Media Expertise: Deep expertise in multi-channel paid media and advanced analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
  • CRO and Attribution: Strong knowledge of CRO, attribution modeling, and growth experimentation.
  • Budget Management: Experience in managing budgets at scale and presenting insights to senior leadership.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Growth Mindset: A growth mindset combining strategic vision with hands-on problem solving.
