We are seeking a results-driven Paid Media Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring maximum ROI on ad spends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and oversee paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust strategies for improved clicks, conversions, and ROI.
  • Design, test, and refine ad creatives, copies, and formats to enhance performance.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure ads align with brand guidelines.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
  • Effectively manage budgets to ensure campaigns operate within allocated spends.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform changes, new ad features, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in paid media/digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other ad platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing funnels and performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
  • Ability to work on multiple campaigns and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certifications (preferred).
