As a senior data engineering leader, you will spearhead the design and management of cutting-edge cloud-native platforms that fuel business growth and operational efficiency.

We are seeking an experienced executive to lead our team in developing scalable, secure, and compliant cloud infrastructure using AWS services such as S3, Glue, Redshift, Athena, EMR, Kinesis, DynamoDB, and SageMaker.

The ideal candidate will have a strong expertise in building and implementing cloud-native platforms, driving platform governance, ensuring compliance with security and operational standards, and partnering with cross-functional teams to define priorities and solve challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate a clear platform vision to drive business outcomes.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define priorities and drive solutions.
  • Design end-to-end data pipelines leveraging AWS services and ensure seamless data flow.
  • Implement data product storage, processing, and APIs using AWS-native tools and serverless architectures.
  • Apply Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK) for provisioning and managing cloud resources.
  • Drive platform governance, ensuring compliance with security and operational standards.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in platform engineering, data architect, data engineering, or solution architecture.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala.
  • Advanced skills in Terraform (IaC).
  • Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
