Cloud Native Engineer Leader

We seek a senior Cloud Native engineer to lead our technology team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, and DevOps practices.

This leadership role involves developing and implementing scalable cloud-native infrastructure on AWS. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing secure and scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS.
  • Architecting and managing Kubernetes clusters, container orchestration, and deployment strategies.
  • Building and enhancing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitOps workflows.
  • Driving observability and reliability improvements using monitoring and tracing tools.
  • Collaborating with engineering teams to support high availability, performance, and security goals.

The ideal candidate should have 6-8 years of experience in cloud DevOps and infrastructure. Key qualifications include:

  • Deep expertise in AWS, including networking, IAM, VPC, ECS/EKS, and serverless components.
  • Proven experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, and container security practices.
  • Strong proficiency in Terraform and CI/CD systems.
  • Proficient in scripting and automation using Bash, Python, or Groovy.
  • Experience setting up robust monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks.
