About this role:

As a seasoned DevOps expert, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS Cloud services. Your key focus areas will include CI/CD pipeline management, cloud infrastructure optimization, automation scripting, containerization technologies, and troubleshooting complex issues related to AWS services.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, AWS Code Pipeline, and other DevOps tools.
  • Managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure and services in AWS, leveraging native services like EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, etc.
  • Developing and maintaining automation scripts using Bash, Python, or other scripting languages to streamline operations.
  • Implementing and managing containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and/or OpenShift.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to AWS services, cloud security, deployment processes, and system performance.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps practices and cloud engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services and infrastructure management.
  • 2+ years of scripting experience using Bash, Python, or similar languages.
  • 2+ years of working with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, AWS Code Pipeline, etc.
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.

Additionally, successful candidates will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • Mid-senior level experience in the industry.
  • Business development, consulting, and IT services experience.
