About Exide Energy Solutions:
We aim to address social issues through lithium-ion battery production.
Our goal is to establish India's first Giga plant in Bengaluru to manufacture Lithium Ion Cells.
The Assistant Manager - Civil Projects will lead project transitions from completion to Building & Utility team, ensuring compliance with statutory, safety, technical, and operation maintenance aspects.
This role entails managing building maintenance work for main process buildings, administration buildings, utility buildings, and infrastructure like roads, drains, reservoirs, and boundary walls.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring a safe working environment through prioritized safety protocols.
- Driving continuous improvement through regular monitoring and analysis to optimize existing systems.
Mandatory skills:
- Strong management and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of building design and upkeeping procedures.
- Knowledge of low humidity dryrooms and clean rooms.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Desired experience includes roles in building infrastructure maintenance management, preferably in lithium-ion battery manufacturing environments or highly automated industries.
