Lead Oracle Cloud Financials Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle Cloud Financials. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial processes and the ability to design and implement best-fit solutions.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and design effective implementation plans.
  • Configure Oracle Cloud Financials modules, including GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Intercompany, Expenses, and Tax.
  • Mentor junior consultants and coordinate with offshore teams for efficient delivery.
  • Stay updated on Oracle Cloud quarterly releases and assess impact on client environments.

The successful candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional and global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Oracle Cloud Financials solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Configure and integrate Oracle Cloud Financials modules.
  • Migrate data using Spreadsheet Loaders.
  • Oversee SIT/UAT testing, defect resolution, and ensure timely project completion.
  • Maintain project documentation (config workbooks, test scripts, training materials).

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle Financials, with 5+ years in Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Financials.
  • Hands-on experience in FBDI, ADFDI, OTBI/BIP, Security Roles, and Workflows.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional and global teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
